Vienna is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the 2200 hour program at Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary, AB. Her education has provided her with a strong foundation in musculoskeletal anatomy, assessment-based treatment planning, and a variety of therapeutic techniques such as general Swedish massage, sports therapy/massage, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, and myofascial release.
This allows her to create individualized care tailored to each client’s specific needs and long-term goals. Vienna cares deeply for her clients and offers an attentive presence as she believes that working with the body and calming the nervous system can restore balance, reduce pain, and support lasting improvements in overall health and function.
Her goal as an RMT is to continually deepen her knowledge to effectively address stress, injury, postural dysfunction, and support meaningful recovery in both acute and long-term conditions. She looks forward to supporting you on your healing journey and helping improve your quality of life.
