Cancellation Policy

We value the time of both our clients and our dedicated therapists. To ensure the smooth operation of our spa and out of respect for our therapists' schedules, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

• We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This helps us accommodate other clients and optimize our therapists' schedules.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the service cost.
• No-shows or cancellations within 3 hours of the appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service cost.

Unpaid Balances

Clients with outstanding balances due to appointment changes, cancellations, or no-shows will be unable to schedule appointments at any Leela Eco Spa location until their balance is settled.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that our therapists' time is respected, as their schedules are reserved for specific services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the high-quality service you expect from Leela Eco Spa.
