Shirley is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to providing thoughtful, professional, and individualized care to every client. She speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese and is happy to communicate in whichever language clients feel most comfortable using.
Her areas of practice include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Techniques, Myofascial Release, Static Passive Stretching, Joint Play, Hot Stone Massage, Cupping, Lymphatic Massage, and Prenatal Massage. Shirley focuses on targeted therapeutic treatments to help relieve everyday fatigue, tension, and discomfort, particularly in the neck, shoulders, lower back, and hips.
Shirley is also a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist (CPMT), with a particular focus on providing safe, gentle, and age-appropriate massage therapy for children and teenagers. She understands that younger clients may have different needs, comfort levels, and concerns, and takes the time to ensure that each treatment is appropriate for them.
Shirley believes that a massage should feel comfortable and pressure-free from start to finish. She takes the time to listen to each client and tailor the treatment to their individual needs.
