Jasmine S is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for movement, recovery, and overall wellness. With 11 years of competitive track and field experience, she developed a strong interest in injury prevention, athletic recovery, and helping clients move and feel their best.

Jasmine takes a client-centred approach and adapts each treatment to the individual, offering everything from therapeutic and deep tissue massage to relaxation-focused treatments. She offers prenatal massage (under and over 12 weeks), couples massage, 120-minute massage, youth massage (under 16), TMJ treatment, and lymphatic drainage.

She strives to create a welcoming and calming experience where clients can either focus on targeted therapeutic care or simply take time to relax and unwind.
