Francess has a 2200 hour RMT who graduated with Honors with Distinction from the 2-year massage therapy program at Alberta College of Massage Therapy. She is an active member of the Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association.
Francess is skilled in a variety of techniques including therapeutic, deep tissue, trigger point release, joint mobilization, and lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, relaxation massage, and has experience treating individuals who are post-surgical, pre- and post-natal, athletes, those who have repetitive strain/ use injuries, and more.
