Deidra Skappak (RMT, RYT) is a holistic wellness practitioner specializing in restoring function and improving movement. With a background rooted in therapeutic care, she focuses on postural dysfunctions, musculoskeletal imbalances, and injury recovery, as well as keeping athletes healthy and performing at their best.

She has provided massage therapy support to five CFL teams during Grey Cup–winning seasons. Deidra’s primary approach is education-driven, results-focused treatment tailored to each client’s needs.
