I’m a compassionate RMT who has been in practice since 2007. I graduated from Wellington College and over the last 17 years have taken a wide variety of courses including:

• Myofascial release
• Cupping Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
• Labour support therapy & Birth Doula Training
• Hot stone massage

I offer both Deep Tissue Massage and Relaxation. I am passionate in helping people decrease their stress both physically and mentally. I pride myself on creating a trustworthy relationship with my patient so that they feel confident with the treatment I am providing.
