We value the time of both our clients and our dedicated therapists. To ensure the smooth operation of our spa and out of respect for our therapists’ schedules, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation and Appointment Changes:
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients and optimize our therapists’ schedules.
If you need to make any changes or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied.
If you miss your appointment without prior notice (no-show), you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Unpaid Balances:
Clients with outstanding balances due to appointment changes, cancellations, or no-shows will be unable to schedule appointments at any Leela Eco Spa location until their balance is settled.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that our therapists’ time is respected, as their schedules are reserved for specific services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the high-quality service you expect from Leela Eco Spa.
