Exquisitely designed and elegantly furnished, this two level spa has one of the best RMT teams in the city. This is a go to spa for many neighborhood residents for wellbeing and relaxation treatments. We offer massage, acupuncture, osteopathy and facials from this location.
What's the recommended arrival time for my appointment, especially if it's my first time visiting Leela?
We kindly request that you complete the online form prior to your scheduled appointment. Alternatively, you may choose to fill out the intake form at our spa; however, we recommend allowing ample time for this process before your appointment. Please ensure that all information is accurately provided. We sincerely appreciate your choosing Leela and we trust that you will enjoy your treatment. Thank you.
Yes, we do. Kindly provide your extended health insurance details to our front desk staff. We will make every effort to assist you in submitting your claim; however, we cannot guarantee a successful submission. Several factors can affect this process, including situations where the RMT is not listed in the portal, the direct billing portal has technical issues, or your insurance company does not offer direct billing services or some other unforeseen problem. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Gratuity is entirely optional, but it’s a common practice to show appreciation for excellent service. The amount you choose to tip is a personal decision and can vary depending on your satisfaction and budget. In the spa industry, a typical range for gratuity is 15-20% of the service cost. However, the amount you leave is entirely up to you. Please note that some of our clients prefer to provide tips directly to their service provider, while others include it in their payment at the front desk. We want you to feel comfortable with your choice, and our priority is your satisfaction.
At our Beltline location, we provide private change rooms for both men and women, allowing you to start and finish your robe-clad treatments in a serene and tranquil setting. You’ll also have access to showers in both of these dedicated change room areas.
We understand the importance of hygiene and safety when it comes to spa products. To maintain the highest standards of sanitation for all our clients, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for spa products once they have left our spa premises. This policy is in place to ensure the health and well-being of our clients.
Spa gift cards are non-refundable due to their monetary nature. However, they are transferable, so you can gift them to someone else if you wish. Please note that gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used for spa services or products. Our Gift cards are valid at all the Leela locations and do not expire.

We value the time of both our clients and our dedicated therapists. To ensure the smooth operation of our spa and out of respect for our therapists’ schedules, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation and Appointment Changes:

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients and optimize our therapists’ schedules.

If you need to make any changes or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied.

If you miss your appointment without prior notice (no-show), you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Unpaid Balances:

Clients with outstanding balances due to appointment changes, cancellations, or no-shows will be unable to schedule appointments at any Leela Eco Spa location until their balance is settled.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that our therapists’ time is respected, as their schedules are reserved for specific services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the high-quality service you expect from Leela Eco Spa.
