Sarah left a career in the corporate world 13 years ago to pursue her dream of becoming a massage therapist. She studied at Mount Royal University and is a registered member in good standing with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada, and is 2200-hour qualified. The aspect of massage therapy that Sarah enjoys the most is preventative maintenance in the form of monthly treatments. She feels that it’s much more advantageous to take care of your body before an injury happens. Helping to prevent potential injuries that can occur as we move through life makes it so you don’t have to stop doing what you love while you wait for an injury to heal. She is proficient in relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, prenatal/postnatal, and youth massage treatments. When she is not in the spa, Sarah enjoys lifting weights, practicing Muay Thai, hiking, reading, baking, playing with her dogs, and intelligent conversation. She is also very proud of her rewarding role as a parent to two young children. Sarah invites you to book your next massage with her; she looks forward to meeting you and helping you live your best life!
