Leah uses a variety massage therapy techniques customized to meet the unique needs of each of her clients. Specializing in dynamic cupping, she also offers deep tissue, pre-natal, swedish and myofascial release. Her goal is to develop treatment plans that not only address her clients primary goals, but also to uncover the root cause of any imbalances in their body through a holistic approach. Balance, compassion and simplicity are values that provide the foundation for her massage therapy practice. Her interest in anatomy, biomechanics and wellness was sparked through her career as a yoga teacher where she is able to share these passions daily with others. Empowering the Calgary community to lead a more healthy and mindful life is a message that she is committed to sharing in all facets of her life. In her spare time she can be found practicing yoga, spending time in nature and connecting with friends.
