KATRINA SUTTON
RMT | Calgary

Meet Katrina, an honors graduate from the Alberta College of Massage therapy's 2200-hour program. Her journey into wellness began several years ago through her own struggles with chronic pain and injury and has developed a passion for helping others with the same. She specializes in myofascial release and decompression techniques, which can be impactful on postural dysfunctions that can contribute to a lot of chronic pain and dysfunction. Other treatment techniques Katrina specializes in include craniosacral therapy and dynamic cupping. Her treatments usually blend a therapeutic approach with deep relaxation. In her off time she enjoys spending time with her three dogs, taking them hiking, running, dog agility training, frisbee and kick sledding. When indoors you can typically find her nose in a book learning more about anatomy and various massage modalities.
