I was born and raised in Philippines mostly I am passionately working in the field of medical oriented. I studied Midwifery back home by assisting giving birth. I went overseas in Middle East worked as a Nursing assistant in medical clinic. After coming here in Canada work as a Caregiver and there is opportunity to study as a Health Care Aide and still currently working. Learning from my resident's complaints constant pains joints and muscles pain I my self experiencing how massage is really importance by managing and alleviate pain relief. I am enjoying the benefits of Massage. I am graduated in ABM College as a Registered Massage Therapist in Calgary 2021and my association with CMMOTA (Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapist Association) Definitely a rewarding carrier as I can help clients relieve stress, pain and increased relaxing effect. I catered in giving Swedish relaxation Massage combination with Therapeutic, stretching, palpation, trigger points and myofascial release. Other modalities included are cupping, hot stones, Pre and Post natal massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage. My ability to healed in clients needs and palpate muscles tension and releasing stress are all my satisfaction. Also, I am eager to learn new modalities and techniques daily. For my spare time I spend mostly to my kids and family by went for hiking, biking and giving their daily necessities. I enjoyed cooking, gardening and baking. I loved Yoga and stretching exercises.
