Jennifer is a graduate of the Alberta College of Massage Therapy's intensive 2200-program and holds a membership with the MTAA. She was raised in the beautiful foothills of Diamond Valley. Her passion and caring nature for clients well-being sparked through her career from working in the Healthcare field. Her dedicated approach involves addressing specific concerns, alleviating stress, and imparting tailored home care recommendations to enhance strength, flexibility, and pain management. Jennifer holds expertise in a range of massage modalities, including relaxation, therapeutic, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and deep tissue. Committed to ongoing professional development, Jennifer continuously expands her knowledge by pursuing additional training and to learn more techniques such as cupping, manual lymphatic drainage, Reiki and hot stone. In her spare time you can find her exploring the outdoors through mountain hikes, maintaining her physical fitness in the gym, travelling and spending time with loved ones.
