Ivana is a Registered Massage Therapist RMT from Makami College. She approaches health from a holistic perspective; she believes each human is a unique, complex system with enormous ability to heal itself. With adequate guidance we can achieve a more balanced state of health. She sees Massage Therapy as a perfect tool to improve overall health and finds interest in human anatomy while constantly working on educating herself. She specializes in both Swedish and Therapeutic Massage especially in modalities such as Swedish Massage, Hot Stones, Cupping, Myofascial Release, PNF Stretching, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Joint Play, Therapeutic Techniques. Ivana likes to travel with enthusiasm in exploring different cultures, art, and people. She is a big fan of Yoga and Tai-chi and finds interest in exploring new activities, sport and cuisine.
