To warm and rejuvenate the myofascial and muscle tissue, I utilize Swedish massage techniques that promote circulation and flush out any tension. Incorporating trigger point therapy and acupressure, alleviates specific points of tension in the myofascial system that may be causing chronic pain. Additionally, joint mobilization and traction techniques will enhance body awareness, promoting coordination. Let me guide you back to your peaceful presence and tranquility with thermal therapy hot towels and packs. This not only helps to decrease pain but also leaves clients feeling more centered and at ease. My extensive experience working as an education assistant and life auxiliary, has given me a unique perspective and the ability to cater to the needs of a wide range of individuals. I provide an inclusive healing practice and look forward to meeting the unique needs of every client. In my free time I enjoy riding my motorcycle, being outdoors, exploring equine therapy and spending time with my son.
