Ashley is a 2200hr Registered Massage Therapist and a member of CMMOTA (Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association). Ashley Graduated from the 2200 hr massage therapy program at Mount Royal University in Calgary, AB. She specializes in deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation massage as well as pre and post-natal massage. Ashley also holds a certification in advanced orthopedic massage. Before earning her diploma in massage, Ashley studied dance and kinesiology with an athletic therapy focus at York University in Toronto ON Ashley’s number one focus is client care. She has experience in treating a variety of injuries, postural conditions, muscle pain and restrictions, and symptoms associated with pregnancy. Her main goal in her practice is to help her clients improve their over-all well-being. Ashley strives to provide her clients with the knowledge to meet their goals through stretching and exercises.
