After graduating with her 2200 hour diploma from Mount Royal University, Nicole immediately took an interest in therapeutic massage and rehabilitation. She uses a variety of techniques during her treatments including: dynamic cupping myofascial release, trigger point therapy, passive stretching, joint mobilization, deep tissue massage. She prides herself on taking the time with her clients to educate them on their conditions, as she believes that understanding the cause of your pain/dysfunction is an important step in rehabilitation. Each of her treatments and homecare plans are customized to her client’s individual needs, using a clinical and intuitive approach to maximize recovery. Her treatment plans are also designed to fit in with your busy schedule.
