Laura is a 2,200hr Massage Therapist graduate from the Mount Royal University in Calgary, AB. Her mission is to help her clients take control and manage their own health, harmony and self awareness through therapeutic massage, resulting in a pain-free lifestyle. Using an integrative blend of advance techniques Laura is able to personalize each therapy session helping people reach optimal health. During her studies she has gained experience treating a variety of demographics; from athletes recovering from injuries, people in need of rehabilitation post knee/hip replacement, or simply in need of a relaxation treatment. In her free time she enjoys leading active lifestyle cycling, rock climbing and hiking, taking any chance to get outside. It is because of her love for the outdoors and movement that she is passionate about helping people lead a healthy, active pain free life.
