Her result focused massage techniques combine myofascial, deep tissue, active release, Thai Massage, cupping techniques and relaxation techniques to provide lasting results. She is well versed in prenatal massage and hot & cold stones massage as well. She enjoys cooking, flying, hiking, and spending time outside on her day off.
