It was then she realized that her health was of utmost priority and a law career would be too stressful and not conducive to the healthy and well-balanced lifestyle that she wanted to live. In the Summer of 2015, after completing first year of law school, she returned to Calgary to give law yet one last chance, and was employed as a Summer Law Intern. She foresaw then that she could not see herself happy and fulfilled if she became a lawyer. In the Fall of 2015, Myphuong pursued her 2-yr training in Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy. She felt that she would be more fulfilled knowing she could help others’ in managing their pain, just as her massage therapist had
helped her. The decision to give up law school was not an easy one; however, the decision boiled down to her need and desire to living life to the fullest, and sustaining a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle. Myphuong lives her life to the fullest, and travels as often as she can. She has two life mottos
which she believes passionately in, the first is: “Live the life you LOVE, LOVE the life you Live”; and the other is “The only Regret in life is the Chances NOT Taken”. ELEANORE FOURNIER
ELEANORE FOURNIER

I believe that human beings benefit tremendously from positive touch, it can remind us of the present moment and enhance physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual well being. Touch not only brings about feelings of peace, but it gives off heat, which improves circulation and begins the process of healing. Massage induces the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing our bodies and minds to “rest and digest” – alleviating stress and tension. Through the manual manipulation of soft tissues, I use a variety of different techniques to help break down adhesions, promote oxygen rich blood flow to knotted areas, realign muscle fibres and relieve pain.

I graduated Mount Royal University’s 2200 hour massage therapy program and have over 6 years of working experience. While aiding in the relief of aches and pains, I strive to provide individualized treatments, stretching/strengthening exercises, and a comfortable space for clients to relax. I am very passionate about helping people and feel grateful to offer relaxation, therapeutic, sports therapy, deep tissue, prenatal/postnatal, and aromatherapy massages. I have experience in working with sciatica, migraines, depression/anxiety, chronic pain, MVA accidents, musculoskeletal injuries, seniors, children, and athletes.
