Change Rooms (Beltline Location)


Our Beltline location offers both men’s and women’s private change rooms where you will be able to begin and end your robed treatments in a zen-like oasis. Showers are available in both change rooms.

Gratuities


Appreciated by our dedicated team, gratuities are payable by cash or through our POS machine. It is customary to leave 10% to 20% of the service value. Gratuities are not accepted for acupuncture or osteopathy.

Direct Billing


Please provide reception with your health insurance information prior to going in for your treatment. We can not guarantee the direct billing will go through as it depends on your personal plan however, we are always happy to try.

First Time Clients


If you are a first time client please fill out our online intake form prior to your appointment or arrive at least 10-15 minutes early in order to fill out our client health form. If you are pregnant or have diabetes or any other illness please notify us upon booking.

Product Returns


Please understand that for sanitation reasons we are unable to offer returns on skin care products. We are unable to offer cash refunds on gift cards.

Cancellation Policy


Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as makeup for the lost revenue.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

Arrive on Time


We suggest that you arrive early in order to be on time for your appointment as we don’t want you to feel rushed when coming to relax. In the event certain circumstances prevent you from arriving on time please call the spa to inform us that you are running late and we will try to reschedule your appointment. If rescheduling is not possible, then your treatment time will start and end as scheduled so that the next guest can fully enjoy their treatment. (Full charges will apply).
