Myra's interest in massage therapy began when a loved one with an autoimmune condition fell ill, experiencing considerable pain. Offering gentle massages provided significant relief, reducing swelling, and promoting calm and relaxation. Despite the advancements in medical treatments, Myra believes in the complementary role of touch therapy in the body's healing process. Upon earning her massage therapy diploma, Myra gained valuable experience working at renowned establishments such as the Stillwater Spa at Hyatt Regency Calgary and La Prairie Spa at The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman Islands. Specializing in Hot Stone, Relaxation, and Therapeutic Massage, she refined her skills and expertise in these modalities. Dedicated to continuous growth, Myra actively seeks opportunities to enhance her knowledge through additional massage courses. Outside of her professional endeavors, she finds solace in painting, hiking, leisurely walks on the beach, and indulging in salsa and ballroom dancing.
