Kayla completed her Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program at Makami College where she gained the knowledge and skills necessary to provide Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, and therapeutic massage. She learned more in-depth about how much the body's aches and pains can stem from our feelings of stress and emotional strain was eye-opening. Massage therapy promotes the belief that as the body relaxes, the brain follows suit and the importance of this mind-body connection is a concept she hopes to incorporate into her practice. Massage has many benefits for physical, mental, and emotional well-being and as an RMT she is dedicated to helping others find these benefits through customized treatments. She enjoys learning about different techniques and strives to continue developing her skills to better help her clients.
