Janelle has been working as an RMT for over 11 years now. She graduated from the 2200 hour Massage Therapy program at Lethbridge College. She is also certified in Kinetic Massage of the shoulders and neck, which focuses on advanced massage and joint mobilization techniques. Body awareness and self-care are very important to her. She loves to run and enjoys working out. Massage is a great way for her to recover and progress further in her goals. It also helps her to clear her mind and de-stress. She takes pride in her work and believes it is important to be present, thorough, and listen to client’s concerns. She wants to provide the best treatment specific to their needs and expectations.
