Eleanore F

RMT | Calgary

Eleanore believes that human beings benefit tremendously from positive touch, as it can remind them of the present moment and enhance their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Touch not only brings about feelings of peace but also gives off heat, which improves circulation and begins the healing process. Massage induces the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing bodies and minds to “rest and digest,” alleviating stress and tension. Through manual manipulation of soft tissues, she uses a variety of techniques to break down adhesions, promote oxygen-rich blood flow to knotted areas, realign muscle fibers, and relieve pain. She graduated from Mount Royal University’s 2200-hour massage therapy program and has over 6 years of working experience. While aiding in the relief of aches and pains, she strives to provide individualized treatments, stretching/strengthening exercises, and a comfortable space for clients to relax. Eleanore is very passionate about helping people and feels grateful to offer relaxation, therapeutic, sports therapy, deep tissue, prenatal/postnatal, and aromatherapy massages. She has experience in working with sciatica, migraines, depression/anxiety, chronic pain, MVA accidents, musculoskeletal injuries, seniors, children, and athletes.
