Carla has been working as a massage therapist for over since 2007, graduating from CDI College in Calgary. Carla integrates many techniques together to offer an effective massage treatment for chronic and acute conditions. She approaches massage in a holistic way. She focuses on the connection between our body and mind and how stress can manifest in our body not just our mind. Educated in multiple modalities such as Cranial Sacral, Tempromendibular Joint Dysfunction, Pre/Post natal, Myofascial cupping/release. Now offering Massage & Sound Therapy, sound healing is highly effective at triggering relaxation response, which counters the many symptoms caused by chronic stress, while helping to balance our whole being. Carla has a intuitive understanding of what a patient need. Her knowledge and experience assist her to get deep into tissues by going slow and listening to the patient's body. Carla is 2200 hour educated and in good standing with NHPC, and the International Alliance of Healthcare Educators.
