For the first time ever, Leela Eco Spa is offering an exclusive membership program designed to seamlessly integrate wellness into your lifestyle. As a valued member, you can redeem your services at any of our 9 locations in Calgary.

Choose from two monthly membership options

Essential Wellbeing Membership

A 60-minute customized massage or facial for $110 per month.

Elevated Wellbeing Membership

A 90-minute customized massage or facial for $160 per month.

Exclusive Member Benefits

  • Enjoy a 10% discount on all retail products.
  • Receive a 10% discount on other esthetic services, including additional facials and body treatments (no discount on massage treatments).
  • Referral Credit: As part of our introductory special, refer a friend or family member who signs up for a membership, and you’ll receive a $50 credit toward your next service.
  • Enjoy a special 25% off retail purchases during your birthday month.
  • Access to Exclusive Specials: Members will also gain access to exclusive specials and promotions, available only to the Inner Wellbeing Circle.
  • Upgrade Options: If you wish to upgrade your service, the price difference will be calculated by subtracting your membership credit (for the customized massage or facial) from the normal price of the desired service.
  • No blackout dates - discounts can be applied as often as you’d like.

Terms and Conditions

Membership Commitment
  • The membership is a monthly recurring plan with a minimum commitment of 6 months required upon sign-up.
  • Membership will automatically renew each month unless canceled according to the cancellation policy below.
  • Members are entitled to one service per month based on the chosen membership tier (Essential Wellbeing or Elevated Wellbeing).
  • The service includes a customized 60-minute or 90-minute massage or facial, depending on the membership tier.
  • Services can be redeemed at any of our 9 locations in Calgary.

  • Unused services do not roll over to the next month.

The 10% discount applies only to retail products and esthetic services. It does not apply to massage treatments, gift card purchases, or package deals.

Members can upgrade their customized massage or facial, and the price difference will be calculated by subtracting the membership credit for the chosen service (either 60 or 90 minutes) from the normal price of the upgraded service.

 

Members are subject to the normal late cancellation and no-show charge.

  • Late cancellations (changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment) are subject to 50% of the service cost.
  • No-shows are subject to 100% of the service cost.

If we are unable to collect the late cancellation or no-show fees from the client, one service credit will be deducted from their account.

Members may pause their membership for up to 1 month per year with no additional fee. Requests to pause must be made in writing 7 days prior to the billing date.

  • You may cancel your membership after the initial 6-month commitment. To cancel, you must provide written notice 14 days prior to your next billing date.
  • If you cancel your membership before the end of the 6-month term, you will be required to pay the remaining balance for the duration of the contract.
As part of our introductory special, refer a friend or family member who purchases a membership, and you will receive a $50 credit toward your next service. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 3 months.

Enjoy 25% off retail purchases during your birthday month. This discount cannot be combined with other retail offers.

Members will receive access to exclusive specials and promotions that are available only to the Inner Wellbeing Circle.
Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual member.

Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. If you cancel after the contract is signed, you are responsible for paying the remaining balance of the term.
